What is something small I can do everyday that will help me reach one of my goals?
Small beginnings create big endings. What is some effort that you can commit to daily to reach one of your goals? No matter how small the thing is, if you can dedicate yourself to it you will see progress over time. Try adding something to your daily schedule. If daily is too much try every other day, if that is still too much try 3 times a week, once a week?
Just start somewhere! And dedicate yourself to it for a period of time and watch it flourish!

On Friday’s we ask that you take a moment to visualize whatever your goals and aspirations are! The biggest motivation comes from within. You have to visualize what you want and start taking steps to get to it.
So take a moment and envision yourself achieving your goal.

What inspires you in life?
Who or what is your inspiration and how can you use that inspiration to obtain your goals? Inspiration is one of the things that drives us, we have to harness that inspiration when we become discouraged or lazy or uninspired. We need to keep in mind the things that inspire us so we can continue to strive for our dreams, goals, and aspirations.
